• agree and declare that the Intermediary meets the requirements and conditions contained therein and will comply as long as the company publishes Objects on AntalyaBuy.com .
• declare that the Intermediary at the time that he offers Objects for publication always has the required rights to share Object data of these Objects with AntalyaBuy.com and brainbay for the purposes described in the AntalyaBuy.com Admission Terms and Conditions andTerms of Use.
• hereby declare that the Intermediary is responsible towards AntalyaBuy.com for the completeness, quality and reliability of the information of the Objects offered for publication by the Intermediary. In this context, I confirm that the Intermediary is familiar with and adheres to the Regulations for the publication of real estate and all other conditions and regulations placed on AntalyaBuy.com , where applicable.
• hereby declare that the Intermediary and I are aware that for the purpose of publishing Objects on the AntalyaBuy.com Platform and implementing the AntalyaBuy.com Connection Terms and Conditions and the AntalyaBuy.com Terms of Use, the data and Object data entered on the Application Form are AntalyaBuy.com shared and that clients of the latter are always informed by the Intermediary. This can be done, for example, by providing the client with the "Notification of placement of object data on AntalyaBuy.com ".
•  Insofar as the data entered by me is personal data, this data will be processed in accordance with the funda Privacy Policy and the Funda Connection Conditions.
• hereby declare that I am authorized to represent the Intermediary, and in that regard to notify the Intermediary and to agree with all of the above.
• You can now send the registration. AntalyaBuy.com will contact you by email to confirm receipt of your application and, after a test whether the Intermediary meets the above conditions, to indicate when the Intermediary can start publishing Objects on the AntalyaBuy.com Platform.
