Agents also have a post-chat survey form which is a useful tool to see what visitors of your website think about your customer support. You can let them rate chats or ask them to leave comments.
This type of feed back (post-chat) survey form could be send to the visitor at the end of any chat. When agents are finish with giving customer support to any visitor, they needs to click on "..." dots and select "stop this chat". Immediately visitors will see a post-chat form to sent you feedback on your support.
