Procedure Demonstration

During chat session, agent can see three dots "..." on top right side. Click on them and choose "transfer to.."
A new window will open where all the available agents are displaying. Select the agent and click on "Choose".
A massage of transferring chat to the new agent will be sent to the visitor.
